In your role, you will:
Be responsible for the preparation and coordination of the ground school and Flight Training Device (FTD) schedule.
Enter periodic data changes to update courseware.
Process periodic changes to exam course content and/or formatting.
Provide general office support to the Ground Based Training Systems, Flight Safety, and Program Services functions.
As our ideal candidate,
You have a certificate or diploma in Office Education or the equivalent of four (4) years work experience in a fast paced environment conducting administrative office work; Completion of a related business degree would be considered an asset.You have a minimum of three (3) years work experience in a fast paced environment conducting administrative office work;
You have experience in electronic and hard copy document management and archival filing systems;
You have above average computer skills with the demonstrated ability to learn and utilize industry and task specific functional software.
