Customer Service Cashier specific duties:
Administering customer service counter, including returns, warranties, exchanges, processing purchases on POS system, managing break schedule for cashiers, ensuring all cash lanes are neat, tidy and shelves and carts are replenished.
Effectively handles customer concerns
Facilitates ease and speed of purchase by efficiently processing sales, effectively utilizing point of sale functions, and responding promptly and accurately to purchase inquiries, handling customer inquiries
