Looking for a head cook in a busy family restaurant. Must have experience in the industry and must be use to working in a fast paced environment. We offer an excellent salary package, health and dental coverage, with bonus incentives.
Must have the following qualifications;
1) Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services.
2) Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients.
3) Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards.
4) Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
5) Be able to fill any position in the kitchen when needed.
