Grace Hill Farms invites you to come join our team on our 10000-acre family-owned organic grain farm and seed cleaning operation located in SW Sask.
We have a well-equipped shop and service truck. If you are interested, we are looking for:
Essential Functions
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance including but not limited to electrical, brake systems, gas engines, diesel engines, hydraulics, drive train and air conditioning
- Diagnose, repair and maintain euqipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed
- Safety minded and follow all work safety guidelines
- Document and maintain appropriate parts inventory using (FIFO)
- Maintain a clean, organized shop and safe work environment
- Participate in field operations as required
- Work in a team environment and independently when required
- Build and maintain positive working relationships
Qualifications
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Journeyperson status as asset - equivalent experience will be considered
- Thrive on fast pace and daily challenge of keeping farm machinery during peak seasons
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence; Class 1A an asset
