Salacia Spa at Elk Ridge Resort is seeking a full time Registered Massage Therapist. Under the direction of the Spa Manager, the RMT will be responsible for performing consistent professional massages on clientele with various health conditions.
SKILLS ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Being a member of a recognized Massage Therapy association and able to provide receipts to clientele for treatments provided
Provide consistent professional Massage Therapy treatments to clientele with various health conditions, as well as having a thorough understanding of common health attributes
Ability to acquire compete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas
Ability to maintain proper care for equipment and using proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls
Ability to work a flexible schedule, supporting the needs of the spa
Provide effective promotion of the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available
Possessing the ability to work without direct supervision
Maintaining a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
Upholding the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and Salacia Spas policies and procedures
Assisting in all areas of spa operation as requested by management
