Weidner Investment Services is NOW HIRING for a Caretaker! If you have experience managing a building then this could be the job for you!
Responsibilities include cleaning vacant apartments for resident move-ins, perform regular inspections of vacant and market ready apartments, collect revenues and deposits, perform preventative maintenance checks, complete service requests and do some light landscaping when needed.
To qualify you must be able to ready and explain all lease documents, be detailed and well organized, have a basic knowledge of computer programs, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
