The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
- Budgeting for the operation, administration and maintenance of 144 rental units
- Corporation investments: mortgage financing and renewals
- Estimating for maintenance programs
- Working with government agencies
- Reporting to Board of Directors
- Supervision of staff
- Must have own reliable vehicle
- Travel to out of town meetings a must
- Have a Business Administration Diploma/Degree
Applicant should have experience and/or training in rental housing, accounting, excellent communication skills and working with the public. Working with people of Aboriginal ancestry would be an asset.
- Three references required (no relatives)
- CIPC must also be provided
- Salary depending on training and experience
