The Successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
- Visit tenants at regular intervals to ensure tenants well being
- Provide a communication link between MLNHUC and the tenant
- Obtain income verifications and do rent calculations once a year or as necessary
- Complete move-in and move-out inspections for all tenants
- Perform interviews with prospective tenants
- Ensure all utility transfers are in place for new tenants
- Prepare reports to the Manager on a weekely basis
- Do an annual lease update with the tenants
- Other duties as requested by the Manager
Knowledge and Experience:
- Require knowledge of Aboriginal culture and Aboriginal organizations would be an asset
- Ability to work with government agencies on behalf of the tenant or MLNHUC
Candidate must have a valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle and provide a current CPIC. Salary depending on training and experience.
