CBRE's Brokerage division executes strategic, integrated and comprehensive commercial real estate brokerage services for tenants/occupiers, property owner and narrowly focused vertical industries in the office, industrial and retail sectors.  Clients make informed real estate decisions underwritten by world-class and industry leading proprietary market research, analytical and consultative services.  The Brokerage division draws frequently and seamlessly from other CBRE services to provide clients what they need functionally anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities

Researches and collects market information regarding the commercial real estate market. Gathers data on newly available properties, transactions, tenants, tenants in the market, and new developments and inputs data into appropriate databases.

Continuously updates informational databases by conducting telephone surveys, on-site surveys, extracting data from brochures and other marketing materials, contacting civic organizations, outside agents, internet sources, and other sources.

Implements Research processes to assure data quality is in accordance with corporate standards.

Provides reports from corporate and vendor databases in support of management and marketing activities of sales professionals.

Maintains accurate property and availability information relating to all properties managed by CBRE entities.

Assist with collecting and organizing data as it relates to property
Assist with the design and development of marketing pieces
Assist with property valuation services
Open to learning the business of commercial real estate with the goal of developing the sales skills necessary to be successful
Other duties may be assigned.

This Position should be considered an entry into the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage industry.
The expectation is that this sales assistant/research analyst role will develop into a commercial real estate sales position.
