Description

The Junior Video Producer will primarily be responsible for the filming, directing and editing of the video assignments of Capital Automotive Group. The Videographer will prepare sets/locations for filming, operate cameras and recording equipment to capture video content and be responsible for the scheduling and planning of all steps and processes required for video completion. This position is also responsible for editing all video content and producing final material. The Videographer must research video topics and content and creatively determine how best to film material for Capital Automotive Group. Other duties may be assigned as required.


Requirements
    Degree/Diploma in filmmaking, photography or a related program.
    1-2 years of experience in videography is an asset
    Knowledge of filmmaking techniques, including, video shooting, editing and production.
    Ability to use different video cameras and other recording materials (i.e., tripods, slide tracks, microphones, lenses, filters, etc.).
    Experience working with media software, researching subjects for filming and distributing videos.
    Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
    Able to meet deadlines under stress and interruptions.
    Computer literacy, including effective working skills of such as Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro & After effects)  
    Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects.
    Excellent organizational, strategic, planning and implementation skills.
    Ability to assign and direct work, problem solve, answer questions and evaluate results of performance.
    Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
