Supreme Steel LP  Saskatoon Division requires a Project Manager/Estimator to join our team.  The successful candidates educational requirements may vary and include Engineering, Engineering Design or a Civil Technology program with 5 to 15 years experience in the construction industry.  A CET, PMP or GSC designation would also be an asset.  Candidates should be competent in the tendering process and documentation, as well as, managing contracts of varying size and complexity.  The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills using effective time management.  Demonstrating leadership skills related to initiative and creativity is required along with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.  They must also have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    Perform all general project management duties (initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, close)
    Perform all project specific project management duties (reporting requirements, QA/QC submissions, etc.)
    Coordinate execution of deliverables as required with each department (drafting, shop, field, safety, quality assurance)
    Prepare invoices and ensure receipt of payment
A competitive hourly wage will be based upon the successful candidates training and experience.  Additional benefits include bonuses based on performance, as well as medical, dental and life insurance benefits after 3 months.  After one year of service a company sponsored self-directed RRSP program and Employee Ownership Program are offered.
