Summary:
This position is accountable for the sales and servicing of Redtag.ca Travel clients travel arrangements.
Principal Accountabilities:
Sell travel services focusing on Company and preferred suppliers products. Cross sell all ABC related Products and Services.
Identify clients needs - be polite, courteous and patient with clients at all times. Listen to their requirements. Counsel on most efficient routes; assist them in their obtaining efficient cost-effective routes.
Generate business (sales) from incoming calls, with minimum delay, which includes but is not limited to air travel, hotel reservations, car reservations, rail tickets, insurance, net air products, charters, etc.
Provide travel clients all relative documentation they will require for an error-free and successful trip (i.e. passports, visas, traveling documents, itineraries, etc.). Prepare detailed itineraries, as well as hotels and car rental confirmation numbers (vouchers), boarding passes, advance seat selection and generate and document all specific client preferences on file during the initial reservation process.
