We are seeking a highly motivated individual with management experience to lead and develop our team, oversee operations and achieve financial results.
Job Description:
-      Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards, policies and procedures.
-      Manage and coordinate staff schedules
-      Party planning, taking reservations and ensuring customer satisfaction
-      Manage food and liquor inventories
-      Managing social media: Facebook, Twitter, annual newsletter
-      Contributes to team effort by accomplishing tasks as needed  

Job Skills and Qualifications:
-      Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant or related industry or educational equivalent.
-      Performance management and proficiency
-      Coaching, training and developing standards of professional service
-      Strategic planning, decision making and process improvement
-      Some knowledge of the pool industry is an asset

Potential Salary: $41,000.00 per year with benefits after one year.
