Position Summary:
Osprey Wings Ltd. focus as a charter on demand aviation company is on maintaining the highest standards of customer service in the industry. Responsibilities include fielding inbound calls, charter quotes and assisting in other customer services tasks and coordination of operational details of charter trips.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the Operations;
Performing flight following duties;
Crew Scheduling;
Operational setup and point of contact for flights;
Handling passenger logistics;
Handling customer service issues;
Charter quotes;
Building on a customer-centric environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Good organizational skills and multi-tasking ability;
Must be a team player accented with good communication skills;
Must be a self starter with good motivational and initiative skills;
Customer service experience is preferred (not limited to Aviation experience);
Strong, genuine desire to achieve complete client service and satisfaction;
Proficient computer skills especially in MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
