Are you our next Team Member? We are currently seeking a Temporary EHS Management System CAPA Coordinator (Corrective Action Preventative Action at our Colonsay, SK location. The successful candidate will ensure that all Corrective and Preventative actions that are identified with regard to the site environmental, health and safety management system (EHS MS) processes are completed in a timely manner.

What will you be working on?
* Monitor the quality of data entered into AON around the Incident and Non-Conformance Investigation, Corrective and Preventive Action process at the facility. Ensure required information/fields are completed and uploaded into AON, for all incidents. Enter data from Incident Investigation Final Report; formal investigations or departmental investigations into AON. Maintain records of facility CAPA status reports per record retention policies.
* Monitor, track closure of and close corrective and preventative actions, evaluations of effectiveness and incident 24 hour notifications. Provide weekly status reports of corrective and preventative actions and evaluation of effectiveness to distribution audience as determined by Facility Manager. Review CAPA metrics on monthly EHSMS scorecard to reconcile any discrepancies.

What is required for this role?
* Business Admin Diploma and Administration experience an asset
* 5-10 years of Business Admin experience
* Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
