What You Will Do

    * Deliver vacancy targets on assigned properties
    * Deliver required administrative functions to support the leasing process
    * Work in close partnership with the Site Managers to build relationships with current and future clients
    * Support business development in the areas of market research, marketing strategies and vacancy rates to ensure site profitability.


What You have Done

    * You have at least 1 year of previous sales experience and/or 1 year of previous residential leasing experiencing
    * Proficiency of modern office procedures and methods including phone, email, office systems, and record keeping
