Quality Landscape Construction Foreman



We are currently looking for career minded individuals to fill the position of Quality Landscape Construction Foreman. As a part of our strong commitment to our staffs safety and professionalism we provide new vehicles and equipment to get the job done right.

DUTIES & QUALIFICATIONS:


Supervise and work with team members and perform the following duties: Build patios, decks, retaining walls, water fall and ponds, spread topsoil, lay sod, construct landscape and landscape structures, plant trees, shrubs. Knowledge of equipment operation is also needed ie. skid steer, back hoe, quick cut saws ect.
Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units
Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
Train workers in job duties and company policies
Requisition supplies and materials
May perform the same duties as workers supervised.

The following experience and qualifications are required:

A VALID CLASS 5 LICENCE
ENJOY WORKING OUTDOORS
ABLE TO PERFORM LABOUR-INTENSIVE TASKS
ABLITY TO WORK IN A TEAM
MINIMUM 3 YEARS LANDSCAPING EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY
