Hiring a Shift Supervisor (Carlyle, SK)
A busy Gas station with Convenience store in Carlyle, SK is hiring a Shift Supervisor
- Completion of high school is required
- At least one year of supervisory or retail sales experiences is required.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including evening & weekend shift
- Wage: $16-18 per hour depending on qualification
- Job duties:
Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations of gas station and convenience store
Supervise, train new staffs, assign duties, and evaluate their performances
Determine merchandise to be sold
Authorize the return of merchandise
Resolve complaints
Manage inventory and order merchandise
Prepare sales reports for the management
- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time
