We are currently recruiting for a highly energetic and customer service focused individual for our Saskatoon location. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in the storefront area and facilitate the administrative aspects of branch operations. Working Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week.
Responsibilities:
Documents client care services by charting client records and making reports to physicians
Accurately and efficiently completes various administrative tasks including data entry and billing
Provides friendly and helpful service to patients on the phones and in person
Sales of oxygen and CPAP supplies to walk-in and call-in clients
Books appointments for the branch and follows up with patients for repeat business
Informs clients of the requirements to meet funding program criteria; facilitates payments by preparing funding documents
Contributes to team effort by working with and supporting supervisors/managers, sales and healthcare staff to achieve optimal customer service
Assists healthcare professionals with the completion of necessary forms;
Requirements:
College diploma with a medical focus or relevant work experience; Medical Office Assistants/Administrators preferred
1 2 years of experience in a medical office or reception/customer service role
Superior customer service skills; ability to solve practical problems and respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Action oriented, team player with an ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong data entry skills and computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of Obstructive Sleep Apnea and CPAP therapy is an asset
