The Department of Educational Psychology and Special Education invites applications for a one-year term position at the Assistant Professor level commencing July 1, 2015.
The Department is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, learner-centered educator, with the expertise to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels. Candidates must have a completed PhD in Special Education/Educational Psychology and experience working with children, youth and/or adults. Candidates will have certification with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists. Also, will have Professional A or Professional B certification with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education.
The successful candidate will be actively engaged in teaching undergraduate (teacher education) and graduate courses, program development, collegial decision-making related to visioning the future of the department, and collegial processes within the College of Education. The candidate may also be involved in administrative work and serve on student research committees.
Salary bands for this post are as follows: Assistant Professor - $86,844 $104,357; Associate Professor - $104,357 - $121,871 and Professor - $121,871 - $142,303.
