Description

Permanent full-time (60:40 Standby) EMT-P/ACP position available for our ambulance service.  Applicants must hold a Saskatchewan College of Paramedics licence to practice and have a valid Class 4 Driver's licence.

Marshall's Ambulance is a busy rural ambulance service located in northwest Saskatchewan's parkland region.  We provide emergency medical services to six towns, three First Nations communities and numerous resort communities over a geographical area of 12,000 square kilometres.  We have one hospital within our response area which creates an environment in which we spend a significant amount of time with our patients and allows us to practice to the full extent of scope  We have a modern ambulance base with an attached house for relief staff and for temporary accommodation of new staff.  Starting wage commensurate with experience.  Wage printed in this ad is at Step 1.

 - Assess extent of injuries or illness of trauma victims to determine emergency medical treatment
