ERCO Worldwide, a division of Superior Plus LP, is a global commodity chemicals company headquartered in Toronto, Ontario.  The company is the leading worldwide provider of chlorine dioxide technology and one of the worlds leading suppliers of sodium chlorate and sodium chlorite.  The company's chloralkali products are used in the water treatment and pulp and paper industries.

General Summary: Coordinate all aspects of the Quality/Training and Responsible Care Programs at the Saskatoon site. Validates adherence to the corporate Quality Management System and quality standards - ISO 9001:2008. Leads the Plant training program and ensures compliance. Ensures that data analysis and reporting in relation to Responsible Care is established and maintained in order to support companywide communications, leadership teams and decision making.  
Major Duties and Responsibilities  
1. Administer Quality System and Quality audits. Liaison with 3rd party Quality Auditors.
2. Maintain Quality System database for Customer Opportunity Requests, Supplier Opportunity Requests and Quality Action Requests.
3. Ensure up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures are in place.
4. Oversee site training and New Employee Orientations program. Coordinate training blocks, training records and reports.
5. Ensure Legal, Corporate and Site training compliance.
6. Oversee Responsible Care Codes for Transportation, Community Awareness, Emergency Response and Community Outreach.
7. Work with Community Advisory Panel and facilitator to manage company outreach activities.
8. Acts as cross functional resource for accounts payable and payroll departments.
9. Adhere to Health & Safety policies & guidelines.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
Community College diploma in related field or 3- 5 years relevant industry experience
Proficient in Advanced MS Word and Excel
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Can establish productive peer relationships
