The Clinical Manager is responsible for leading and managing the HealthLine clinical team in a contact centre environment. The Clinical Manager contributes as a member of a collaborative leadership team & reports to the HealthLine Director.
As a leader with a successful record of working collaboratively in a team environment, you are comfortable leading change and implementing new services/programs. With your exceptional coaching and mentoring skills you will provide guidance to your team to ensure continuous quality improvement, attainment of performance metric goals and the future expansion of HealthLine. A key function of this leadership position includes annual guideline review in collaboration with the HealthLine Medical Advisor.
Qualifications:
Education:
Current SRNA registration is required and a nursing degree is preferred.
Experience:
Requires previous management/administration/supervisoryexperience and a minimum of five (5) years clinical nursing experience.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
To be successful, the applicant will be highly motivated, solutions focused, demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with leadership experience in a multidisciplinary environment. Your leadership style will model the RQHR values of compassion, respect, collaboration, knowledge and stewardship. Knowledge of and experience with information systems, databases and telephony systems is an asset.
