The right candidate will be highly capable in developing and editing highly formatted documents with little to no supervision. Attention to detail is imperative.
Job duties:
Word: Creating and formatting letters and reports
Excel: Updating spreadsheets and exporting documents
PowerPoint: Template, keying in words, cutting and pasting graphs
Invoicing: Pulling reports, updating
Clerical duties: Filing, courier, travel arrangements, mail
Reception duties: Answering phones, directing visitors, setting up appointments
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in an automated office environment
Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Highly skilled in document processing, development and editing
Strict attention to detail
Self starter with strong organizational/priority skills
Detail oriented and can work well under pressure and with deadlines
Demonstrated problem solving and judgment abilities
Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written skills
