The Gradworks Intern Development Program is designed to provide recent post-secondary graduates with challenging and career-focused positions within our network of Saskatchewan Crown Corporations. These full-time internship positions of 12 months in length are intended to allow recent post-secondary graduates the opportunity to gain experience and to develop specific career-related skills. COMPANY: CIC MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences (Economics, Public Administration) and/or Business Administration/Commerce (Accounting/Finance). DESCRIPTION: Crown Investments Corporation of Saskatchewan (CIC) is the holding company for Saskatchewans commercial Crown corporations. The Finance & Administration Division manages as well as provides analysis and recommendations to the CIC Board on CIC Crown corporation performance management and capital allocation plans, and on a wide range of Crown sector business issues. RESPONSIBILITIES: This job opportunity would provide support to the Finance & Administration Division (F&A) through a wide variety of projects. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational and research skills with an ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. A flexible, cooperative team player who is able to work effectively with others. Knowledge of the workings of, or prior temporary work experience with, CIC Crown corporations may be an asset and will be considered.
