Location:CBI Physical Rehabilitation Centres, Saskatoon

Description:  We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual with strong reception skills to work 10 - 20 hours per week as needed, typically in the evenings and on Saturdays.  Some of the duties consist of the following:
    Answering the telephone and greeting patients;
    Scheduling appointments and creating and maintaining patient charts;
    Entering patient data, charges, collecting payments, and issuing receipts.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
    Proven ability to multitask in a busy office setting;
    Excellent customer service and communication skills.
