Description

b-creative group provides association management to organizations not requiring or budget for full time management, administration or marketing services. b-creative group provides a variety of services including management, accounting, delivery of promotional events, marketing and imaging programs, and communication initiatives. The Administration Coordinator is responsible for supporting and managing the various administration, accounting and event coordination duties as needed.  

Key responsibilities:  
- Board and Committee Support:
  -Provide report on operational matters for Board Meetings.
  -Maintain appropriate records and files.
- Financial Management:
  -Ensure proper accounting records and practices and assets are adequately protected.
  -Bank deposits, credit card reconciliation and all client invoicing on behalf of b-creative.
  -Cheque requisitions
- Public Relations and Event Coordination:
  -Assist in planning and logistics of events for the Associations.  
  -Ensure all mailing lists are kept current.
- Administration:
  -Answering and directing incoming calls
  -Preparing outgoing mail and courier packages as required.
