Accountabilities:
* Provide customer service to policy holders and advisors through oral and written communication.
* Process cash disbursements including surrender proceeds, policy loans and dividend withdrawals.
* Process policyholder address and bank changes.
* Process beneficiary and ownership changes.
* Process dividend option changes.
* Process a variety of miscellaneous tasks.
Qualifications and Competencies:
* Positive attitude.
* Grade 12 or equivalent is required.
* Post secondary education an asset.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
* Fluency in French language an asset.
* Experience with Excel and Word an asset.
* Strong keyboarding skills required.
* Ability to solve problems and make decisions with confidence.
* Strong team player with initiative, organization skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task with minimum supervision.
* Overtime as required.
