Description

DUTIES:
The Equipment Operator is responsible in all aspects of park related duties including the operation of mowers, tractors, trucks, bobcats and bucket trucks.  Specific duties include:
- Pruning and landscaping
- Irrigation maintenance
- Snow removal from parking lots, trails, and ice surfaces
- Litter removal  
- Maintenance checks on all equipment
- Small maintenance of park buildings and furnishings
- Maintain necessary records  
Some shift work and on call duties may be required.  

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess as a minimum a Class 5 Vehicle Operator's License registered in either Alberta or Saskatchewan with Air Endorsement and a clean driving record.  Must be in good physical condition.  Must be able to satisfactorily operate standard and automatic single and tandem axle trucks in accordance with recognized procedures.
