Career Opportunity                      
Our Regina office has an exciting opportunity for an Insolvency Administrative Assistant who enjoys providing excellent client service. The successful candidate will be part of a team that provides a high level of support to the office.

Performance Expectations; included but not limited to
    Complete bank reconciliations
    Filing
    Mailing to creditor/clients as required
    Draw monthly fees
    Reporting statistics on a monthly basis
    Completion of Trustee discharge
    E-file documents as required
    Entry and completion of Initial Application documents
    Date entry
    Follow up on client/creditor requests
    Other administrative duties as required
Required Experience & Credentials
    Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel and Word
    Completion of a business or office administration program is an asset
    Previous experience in a professional environment and experience in the insolvency area will both be considered assets

    Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
    Quick learner and positive attitude
    Not afraid to take initiative
    Possess a professional demeanor with very strong communication and organizational skills
    Must be comfortable dealing with clients and creditors, both on the phone and in person
