The Vaughn Wyant Automotive Group is now accepting applications for an Appointment Coordinator. We are looking for a person who excels at customer service, who will enjoy dealing with our amazing customers, loves answering the phone and someone who will enjoy working in a family environment.
As the successful applicant you will:
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pleasant telephone demeanor
- Have superior customer service skills
- Have excellent computer skills
- Pay close attention to detail
- Be extremely organized
- Be self motivated
- Ability to work independently and as a team
In this exciting role, you will:
- Act as the initial point of contact for all service customers by answering all incoming appointment inquires.
- Accurately schedule appointments
- Contact customers to confirm appointments
- Communicate any additional maintenance needs to customers
- Contact existing customers to remind them when their vehicle is due for its next servicing
- Contact customers to let them know of any recalls on their vehicle
