Horizon is currently looking for a Front-end Developer to work on Client projects.

Bring expertise and best practices for Front end development in order to create self sustainability of the team.  
Guide the process of inception to production of our clients needs by filling a knowledge gap and creating strong procedures and processes that are sustainable.
Qualifications:
Education requirements include:
a recognized University Degree, majoring in Computer Science, with a minimum of three (3) years experience, OR
a recognized Technical Institute Diploma in Data Processing or a recognized University Degree in Administration, Commerce or Science/Engineering or Information Systems Professional (ISP) designation, with a minimum of four (4) years experience, OR
five (5) years experience
Experience requirements include, but not limited to:
Four (4) to five (5) years experience with HTML
Four (4) to five (5) years experience with CSS, SCSS and Compass
Four (4) to five (5) years of experience with JavaScript/jQuery
Experience with IBM Websphere an asset
Experience with compiling Front-end Code
