Description

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Marketing Director will provide a wide range of administrative and marketing services required in the day to day operation of a luxury retirement residence.

The Marketing Director is expected to be self motivated, with a high positive energy, and be able to work independently on a wide range of marketing and tenant activities.

Must be able to demonstrate initiative in responding to challenging situations, and be able to organize, prioritize, and manage a heavy and constant workload.

Will be required to apply creative marketing techniques to fill vacancies and maintain effective relationships with agencies, neighbors, and social groups.

The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours and participate in community development activities.
