As a Regional Manager, the successful incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of all stores within his/her assigned region. This position will also manage all aspects of 1 store in Regina including support & day-to-day guidance to sales, service, inventory and Team Members.
Responsibilities:
Promote an in-store culture focused on delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences that meet our sales philosophy.
Resolve all operational issues that may arise within the store;
Communicate established targets and KPIs to the stores within the region.
Accountable for the sales teams in meeting the target sales numbers.
Establishes individual objectives, goals and a plan of action on how to achieve weekly & monthly sales and revenue targets.
Responsible for conducting performance management and evaluation.
Deliver regular reports to upper management on the progress of the Team Members.
Facilitate training for all Team Members within their region.
Engage with customer service inquiries needing escalation and resolution.
Monitor store inventory
Ensure adherence to all sales, operations & HR related policies and programs for all Managers and Team Members.
Minimum 5-7 yrs retail management experience preferably in the personal electronic &/or telecommunications industry.
Proven ability to build and sustain a successful, cohesive sales and customer service team.
Effective coaching, leading & development skills are essential.
Travel within the region required.
