POSITION SUMMARY:
Never a dull moment, the job day to day can vary making it very dynamic. The successful candidate will be compensated competitively, eligible for an excellent benefits plan, Pension plan.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule maintenance orders and assign work to repair staff as needed.
Continuous research on parts and pricing in order to provide up-to-date product knowledge.
Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical problems and secure agreement from customers before repairs;
Courteously handle customer complaints and misunderstandings.
Interpret warranty information and policies to customers.
Stay up-to-date on technical and performance information on all vehicles serviced.
Assist the service manager as necessary.
Follow company safety procedures.
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Positive Attitude
Valid class 5 drivers licence
Clean drivers abstract
Strong customer focused attitude
Able to maintain a safe and organized work environment
Communication skills
Service Experience an asset
