The Hotel Saskatchewan is currently accepting applications for the 1 year term position of Assistant Outlets Manager. Reporting to the Outlets Manager, the Assistant Outlet Manager will participate in the planning, organization, and supervision of the day to day operations of the hotels 3 Food & Beverage Outlets. This position will oversee guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting, or exceeding, financial goals.

Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years Food & Beverage management or supervisory experience in fine dining establishment. Previous experience in hotel food & beverage is preferred.
- Knowledge of POS systems.
- Wine knowledge
