Description

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Branch Sales Manager position for a full time permanent job opportunity with our client based in Prince Albert,Saskatchewan.  Our client is recognized leader in agricultural, industrial and commercial equipment dealerships.

Key responsibilities of the Branch Sales Manager include;
- Direct all operational aspects of the branch in a manner that supports reaching monthly and annual budgets
- Assess local market conditions; identify current and prospective sales opportunities, and keep abreast of all industry opportunities
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the branch
- Monitor performance and achieve budgeted sales, gross profit and expense lines for the dealership as well as within each department
- Oversee branch financial management including accounts receivables and active participation in departmental budgets
- Review monthly sales and expense management objectives
- Provide ongoing leadership and vision, always searching for new business opportunities and developing future growth of the company.
- Maintain a safety oriented culture by ensuring proper maintenance of the facility and equipment, and conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings and up to date training
Key requirements to be successful in this role include, but are not limited to:
- Bachelors Degree in business management or a minimum 5 years business management experience
- Proven sales successes are critical to this role and the ideal candidate will have either agricultural /heavy equipment industry experience, with a clear understanding of the industry and solid product knowledge
- Strong human relations skills, including excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Solid accounting and financial skills with ability to build and interpret P & L and Balance Sheet Statements
