Job Title:
Assistant General Manager
Position Description:
-managing all staff
-handling customer complaints or concerns
-completing daily cash and deposits
-scheduling of front of house staff
-inventory maintenance
-training of new staff
-staff evaluation and ongoing training
-discipline of staff when required
-work with other management personnel to plan marketing, advertising, and any special restaurant functions
-enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
-comply with all health and safety regulations
-Perform other duties as assigned by management
Prerequisites:
-must have at least one year serving experience at a busy restaurant. (Does not have to be here)
-must be available for full time hours
-good organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties and staff
-pleasant, polite manner for dealing with public as well as staff
