Description

Duties:  the Youth Recreation Coordinator is responsible for the planning and coordination of activities related to LDSCR after school time period initiatives, youth leadership development and healthy lifestyle promotion. You will facilitate the building of community capacity through community visitations and assessments, assist in community planning for youth engagement, develop and maintain partnerships and apply for and administer grant programs.

Education:  Degree or Diploma in sport and recreation administration or related studies.
Experience:  Recreation programming, scheduling, presentations, working with youth and volunteers.
