Nelson Homes Package sales and construction.
Baltic Homes offers its customers building
solutions and specialty products that are unique
to our company. We offer a part time to full time
position with flexible days and hours.
Role
-Ensure customers and suppliers are serviced in a professional manner
-Prepare Payroll
-Answer telephone, screen and direct calls to
appropriate staff
-Provide general administrative and clerical
support with queries from the public and customers and respond quickly
-Prepare letters and documents
-General filing, payroll, invoicing etc
-Send and receive mail and deliveries

Education & Experience:
-Certificate/ Diploma
-Experience working in an administrative officer capacity is and asset
-Experience and interest in residential
construction is an asset

-Experience with Project Management/Business Analysis
