Job Description & Responsibilities
- Liaison with company partners, including; accounts manager / payroll clerk, etc
- Assist the management team with the administration of company policies and procedures, including human resource policies and procedures
- Respond to correspondence and general inquiries
- Work productively in an environment that requires a high level of accuracy, adherence to deadlines and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must have experience in medium to large sized office general management
- Applicants must be proficient in MS office
- Must be able to create, modify, and polish forms and documents
- website maintenance and social media skills
- Detail-orientated with excellent proofreading skills.
- Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision and take initiative.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
