Our Regina, Saskatchewan based client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a 3 year (Split) contract role in Regina.

The SBA must have a collaborative approach in working with the project manager, the business SMEs, the vendor specialists/development team and the information systems team. This senior business analyst must have experience leading a group of SMEs through processes and tasks, delegating and coordinating as necessary. A large part of this role involves coaching and mentoring a group of business SMEs throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be skilled in business analysis, with extensive experience leading integrated project teams and with strong soft skills in people / change management.

Qualifications  Mandatory Requirements

    Minimum of five (5) years experience working as a business analyst in a senior/lead role.
    Minimum of five (5) years experience organizing and facilitating workshops, interviews, and meetings, with a variety of organizational staff and technical groups.
    Minimum of five (5) years experience working with internal and external stakeholders including knowledge related to financial/banking interfaces, reporting, supplier, and case management.

Qualifications  Scored Requirements

    Demonstrated experience working well with an integrated team of both business and technical resources;
    Demonstrated ability to facilitate organizational change as it relates to business technology;
    Demonstrated ability to analyze, synthesize, document and communicate (both verbally and written) business information into technical specifications as well as simplify complex technical information into business language;
    Demonstrated experience in leading change management
