Ranch Ehrlo Society has a career opportunity for a Human Resource Generalist. They will provide cross-functional support in a number of Human Resource (HR) related functions. The primary focus will be in recruitment and selection of staff.  This position is responsible for recruiting, screening, and on-boarding of new staff; conducting orientation and training seminars; assisting with benefit and pension documentation and disability claims; supporting internal and external training/education/professional development initiatives; and back-up for departmental coverage for on an as-required basis.

Qualifications, experience, and skills:
- University degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or other related discipline combined with a diploma or certificate in HR.
- Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation an asset.
- Minimum of two to three years of experience in a HR role.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and employee relations.
- Advanced skills in MS Windows, database management, and record keeping.
