Join the Hillberg & Berk Retail Sales Team:

Hillberg & Berk is looking for motivated people to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. We are hiring full and part time positions (10-15 hours a week for PT).  

What you'll be doing:
Your time will be spent working in retail sales at the Flagship store of Hillberg & Berk at 2169 McIntyre Street, Regina.

The Retail Sales Associates overall responsibility is to be the front line person for customers visiting our store. Reporting directly to the Flagship Store Manager, the Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for the following:

Client Relations: must follow all Non-Negotiable Sales Standards, have an outgoing personality and display professionalism at all times.
Jewellery sales: Meeting the monthly and event sales goals of the company.
Inventory Control: You will be responsible to manage and keep track of inventory on an ongoing basis and manage loss including inventory counts.
Merchandising: You will be responsible to keep the showroom clean and organized and help with and contribute ideas towards dynamic merchandising.
Retail Sales Events: You may assist in retail sales events outside the store to help increase the brand awareness of H&B within the province.
Assist in other areas as directed: Other tasks such as quality control, helping receive merchandise, data entry and various office tasks may be part of this job.

Requirements:
Previous retail experience necessary.
