Home & Community Care LPN provides safe quality home care nursing care within the parameters of the LPN scope of practice under the supervision of the Home & Community Care RN Coordinator. He/She will be responsible to assist high risk Home & Community Care cliental requiring intense home care needs and/or dealing with chronic illnesses that require respite services.
Essential Skills
- Job task planning and organizing
- Computer use
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work
