Store management with experience in clothing retail
Description
Manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the store, customer focus and sales orientated , able to build good teamwork , recruiting, training and maintaining store standards.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+.
or five years related retail or service-oriented experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Previous management and training experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent service to the customer
2. Manages store scheduling staff
3. Trains and motivates associates (Team work )
4. Ensures proper sales set-up of store + keep right inventory in the store
5. Adheres to policies and procedures, of the company directives
7. Recruits, hires, develops and retains store personnel
