The successful team member will be responsible for:
Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
Understand the operation of mechanical moving parts and hydraulic lines
Fasten parts and components together using hand and power tools and equipment
Position and install parts, subassemblies and accessories using hand and power tools
Mark, record and report defects
Test equipment for proper performance
Inspect final product
Qualifications:
Farming background and/or experience working with agricultural equipment will be considered an asset
Manufacturing related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.
The successful applicant must have a superior work ethic, excellent time management skills and a positive attitude. The work environment will include; working alone or as part of a team and following safe work practices. Advanced experience in the agricultural industry will be considered an asset in addition to any manufacturing related certifications.
