We are looking for a self-starter to join our team. As the Desk Side Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing second level support services for end users. You will also diagnose and troubleshoot incidents and create, update, or modify knowledge solutions as appropriate.
Ideal candidates will have a post secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline along with a minimum of three (3) years of related industry experience. Senior understanding of installation and maintenance of I.T. related hardware i.e. desktop computers, printers, mobile devices, networking, and Microsoft desktop operating systems and desktop application suite including Windows XP/7/8 and MS Office is required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience that result in the required level of knowledge skill and competence will be considered.
