Under the direction of the Manager, Employment Services, you will be responsible for delivering employment services. Specifically, you will assist clients in securing meaningful employment by providing intake and assessment, career planning, individualized counselling in the labour market, acquiring education and training equivalency, and job search techniques and interview strategies.

**Candidates under consideration will be required to participate in an assessment process consisting of any/all of the following: interview, abilities test, case study and/or presentation.
**Submissions must clearly indicate how you meet the required knowledge, skills, abilities, education and experience.
**Education and Experience:
-A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the social sciences, commerce, business
administration, Human Resources or adult education, and, one year of work experience
providing employment counseling services, OR
-Graduate of post secondary program (two years minimum) in adult education, job-coaching
or career counselling and, two years work experience providing employment counselling services.
**Required Licenses and/or Certificates
-Canadian Police Information Center (CPIC) certification - no criminal record (includes
Vulnerable Sector Search) must be done within last three months.
-Class 5 valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.
