Description

Responsibilities (not limited to):
-Ensures attainment of client goals and Key
Performance Indicator goals
-Implements and prioritizes safety programs and
processes
-Implements processes and standards to ensure
delivery of services meet or exceed industry
standards and customer expectations
-Delivers projects to full completion on time and
on budget in the most cost effective way
-Implements resourcing, equipment, materials, and
sub-trade protocols to optimize cost
-Supports effective billing and collections
processes
-Identifies and hires the best candidates and sub-
trades to enhance operations of the organization
-Is responsible for overall job delivery quality
including service, customer outcome, and
administrative aspects of delivery; collaborates
to ensure delivery goals are clearly defined and
communicated
-Manages assigned staff and ensures high levels of
employee engagement; mentors and educates project
managers to increase team effectiveness and
support business development
-Seeks, is receptive to, and implements new and
innovative approaches to deliver new services or
changes to existing services

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
-Minimum 5-10 years of relevant operational
management experience
-7-10 years in the commercial construction
industry
-Engineering degree from a recognized university
or a technical diploma with additional experience
in the construction industry

Skills:
-Scheduling, costing, and job-based coordination
expertise
-Understanding building practices related to all
services performed
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Analytical skills; understanding of basic
statistics, data, and math skills
-Strong computer skills; effectively uses Sage 300
Timberline and Microsoft Word and Excel
-Accounting skills; understanding of estimating,
invoicing, and billing
-Ability to lead a team and a demonstrated
commitment to customer service excellence
